C++ Visualization Software Developer

Your mission :
  • Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of Tide, a scalable visualization framework for streaming remotely rendered images to high-resolution, immersive 2D and 3D displays
  • Develop innovative immersive visualization applications using head tracking on a 180-degree semicylindrical 8x3m display
  • Interact with scientific and engineering teams for the definition of use cases, requirements and specifications
Essential skills and experience required :
  • Very extensive experience with modern C++ software development practices
  • Very good familiarity with software development life-cycle, such as source control (Git), continuous integration, testing, code reviews, deployment, monitoring, debugging, QA
  • Good familiarity with UNIX/Linux operating systems and CMake
  • Solid knowledge of the Qt framework and QML
  • Strong interest for computer graphics and virtual reality
  • Experience with distributed computing, scientific visualization and Python is a plus
Your profile :
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science
  • Experience with driving the design and maintenance of complex software projects
  • Good team player and fluent English in speech and writing
